I have been using this Supervisor Tracker for over 6 months and it has been a lifesaver me. It looks intimidating at first, but once you populate it and keep it up to date, it's so easy to keep track of your folks. This may not be the best tool for folks that supervise 1-2 people. However, if you are like me and have around 20 folks to look after, this is a great way to get a snapshot of what's going on. I have this stuffed in my startup folder so every morning when I log in, it automatically pops up.
You can do this yourself by following these easy steps.
Click the Start button, click All Programs, right-click the Startup folder, and then click Open.
Open the location that contains the item you want to create a shortcut to.
Right-click the item, and then click Create Shortcut. The new shortcut appears in the same location as the original item.
Drag the shortcut into the Startup folder.
The next time you start Windows, the program will run automatically.
This is completely open source and available for you to tweak. Feel free to do whatever you want with it. I'll continually add to it as I get suggestions. Thanks for stopping by!
