Welcome to the PT Calculator! Here you will be able to plug in all your components and see how you did on that last PT test. Or, use it to gauge what you need to do on your next PT test. After inputting your age and gender a chart will automatically display showing your age range.
If you are exempt from a portion, simply select "EXP" from any of the drop down arrows. This will mark this component as exempt.
If you have accomplished more than 70 situps or pushups, enter 70! Anything more than 70 will not calculate correctly. There are no age categories that go over 70 in any component so it will calculate as maxed out.
Your points and minimums will appear in the box below your stats. A score will highlight in the third box and will flag red for any field that has not met a minimum component.
You can track your progress on the other sheet and toggle the conditional formats on or off if you choose to. If you would like to calculate a pace, you can do so on the pace calculator sheet. Finally a workout log and links page is also provided for you. The links were mostly provided by you the user. Thanks for all the input!
